What Is Included

What’s included?
We want to make your trip as stress free and fun as possible, so we try to take care of most details.

At least two guides:
Two of the guides are fluid Italian and English speakers, so communication is no problem at anytime. We know the area and trails like it’s out back yard.

Transportation:
We pick you up at Florence Airport and drop you back off at the end of the week. We will also be making daily trips to local towns and villages, so you will be able to enjoy all the culture, food, and views Tuscany has to offer.

Accommodations:
7 nights in a beautiful Tuscan villa where you can relax after a full day soaking up activities and experiences. There are 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. If you and a significant other or friend want to room together, great! Otherwise, we will organize the room arrangements.

campfoodMost Meals:
Every breakfast is included and we will also provide some packed lunches to enjoy after guided trail runs. Gluten free and vegan choices will be available. Lunches provided on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.  All dinners will be included.  Some nights we will have a fixed menu cooked for us in the villa where we are staying.  Other nights we will go out to eat locally, so that you may experience and enjoy the Tuscan culture and amazing food (alcoholic beverages are not included with meals).

All nutrition and Drinks for each guided trail run:
We will have Vi gels, sports drink, salt tablets, and fresh water provided for the trail runs, as well as aid station style refreshments afterwards. We will also have your drop bags with personal items and clothes in our shuttle van ready for you at the end of each run.

Trail running support and coaching:
Along with a guide in the shuttle van dropping you off and waiting at the finish, you will have a guide running with you at all times, along with maps available for each run. Our running coach will be happy to answer your questions regarding training leading up to your trip and will be available throughout the week before the race.
